Proven experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, or Senior Consultant). Deep understanding of ecommerce architectures: Storefronts, APIs, OMS, PIM, CMS, ERP integrations. Familiarity with headless commerce and MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless).
Ability to foster positive relationships with external partners such as certification bodies, research institutes, and consultants. Fluent in English; Spanish or German language skills are a plus. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
